The Process:
Step 1: Inquiry & Pre-Production Planning: Once you submit an inquiry, we immediately align on the logistical details. Whether that involves coordinating ramp access and clearances for an aircraft static display, scouting a dynamic commercial event venue, or selecting a scenic outdoor location in the Pacific Northwest, preparation is key. We will map out the shooting timeline, secure your date with a standard deposit, and clearly define the final deliverables so there are no surprises.
Step 2: Execution on Location: On the day of the shoot, the focus is on efficient, high-impact capture. Bringing professional-grade redundant equipment ensures reliability across fast-moving environments and tricky lighting conditions. The goal is to direct the scene confidently and capture the necessary angles while remaining unobtrusive to the natural flow of your event or operation.
Step 3: Post-Production & Handoff: Raw capture is only half the job. Every selected image undergoes rigorous post-production, including precision color grading, exposure balancing, and high-end detail retouching to ensure a polished final look. Within the agreed turnaround window, you will receive an email link to a private, secure digital gallery where you can directly download the high-resolution files, fully cleared for your intended commercial or personal use.
Base
Designed for quick updates and straightforward portrait needs. This package includes a focused one-hour on-location shoot and delivers 15 professionally retouched, high-resolution digital images. It is ideal for individuals or couples looking for a streamlined experience with a rapid turnaround.
Standard
Our most popular option provides the creative breathing room needed to capture a wider variety of authentic moments. This two-hour session allows for multiple outfit changes and up to two nearby locations. You receive 40 beautifully edited images, full print release rights, and a private online gallery to share with family and friends.
Premium
An all-inclusive, half-day photography experience built for comprehensive event coverage or extensive portfolio building. This tier includes unlimited viable images from the session, advanced high-end retouching, and prioritized expedited delivery.
